client records every year. All data is subject
to a minimum 8 stage cleaning process:
- Electoral role verification
- PAF verification
- National change of address file
- MPS, TPS and FPS suppression
- Gone-away suppression
- Intra-duplicate suppression
- Bereavement register
- Mailsort
