When you work with UKAMS you deal directly with the principals in the business, Paul Payne & Wayne Lewis. Paul began his career in advertising as a sales rep on the direct response category at Express Newspapers in 1986. Having progressed to the lofty position of Group Head he left in 1990 to join Wayne as a founder partner in UKAMS. Wayne meanwhile had served his apprenticeship at various agencies progressing through the ranks from post boy at FCB to Head of Media buying at DR specialists WP Advertising. 

During the course of the past 20 years Paul and Wayne have surrounded themselves with a team of equally dedicated DR experts. From Account Management through Production and Creative, few agencies can boast the experience and knowledge accumulated by UKAMS staff.
